Write it yourself

Dev logs and the launch kit no longer need Claude Code. Start a dev log from a template that already holds what changed and the demos, with a checklist that follows as you write. Add a version per network by hand. Write any launch kit item yourself and add the festivals you know.

New

A dev log from a template.

New dev log keeps Ask Claude Code to draft as its main button, with I'll write this one myself beside it. The blog version starts from a template: a hook, what changed (the fixed reports and the line you wrote when you marked them fixed), the demo, what's next and the wishlist ask. A checklist under the text follows as you type, and a version with a {placeholder} left can't be approved.

A version per network, by hand.

+ Add version adds Steam, Reddit, Bluesky, TikTok or Short. It starts from the blog text for you to shorten, then goes through the same Approve and post.

The launch kit by hand.

Every kit item has I'll do this one myself next to Prepare with Claude Code: the press kit's copy (which you can publish straight away), the website's link, the Discord channels, roles and welcome, the trailer's shot list and the demo plan. Festivals you know are added one by one, with their deadline, and the first one completes the plan's festival step.

Fixed

  • Moving between launch kit pages. Going from one kit item to another (Press kit to Website, say) now shows the new item instead of the one before.
