Fix it yourself
Tinderbox Works now works for developers who don't hand every fix to Claude Code. Pick a report up yourself, mark it fixed with your commit, add a demo of your own or say none is needed. In-game reporting is optional, and the F9 reporter comes with a guide for building it yourself.
New
I'll do this one myself.
Every open report keeps New AI Agent task as its main button, with a quiet I'll do this one myself beside it. The report moves to In progress with you as its owner. When it's done, Mark fixed keeps the commit and a line for the dev log, and the report waits in Demo to check. Changed your mind? Hand back to Next.
Add a demo yourself.
Demos › Add a demo takes a GIF, a video or a recording of your screen (Record screen, up to 30 seconds), for the reports it shows fixed. It's approved like Claude Code's demos. On a demo Claude Code recorded, I'll do this one myself replaces it with yours. And when a fix needs no demo, No demo needed closes the report.
Reporting in your game is optional.
The welcome's reporting step has Not in my game. Your reports then come in through Build › Intake, and A report from the game ticks on the first one filed there.
Build the F9 reporter yourself.
Connect shows the reporter spec two ways: as the prompt for Claude Code, and as a guide for building it by hand. Same endpoints, same rules, never the key.
Changed
With AI Agent is now In progress.
The backlog's middle column holds reports Claude Code is on and the ones you picked up, each with a chip that says who. Home lists the reports you're on and the fixes that still need a demo.
