Next up, in your order

Hand a report to your Claude Code from any card and it waits in Next up, in the order you drag. Every asset slot and every Steam page checklist item can ask Claude Code too, with a picture from your own image tool or a prompt to paste into ChatGPT or Gemini. Your game's site asks to be updated when what it's built from changes, and in communities Claude Code suggests threads worth joining while every reply stays yours.

Recorded from build 0.31.0 by Claude Code

New

A robot on every card.

On Intake, the board and the list, the robot makes an AI Agent task from a report. The report waits in Next up (Medium if it had no priority yet) and moves to In progress once Claude Code claims it; until then the card cancels the task. The report page drops Add to backlog: a priority puts a report on the backlog.

Next up, in your order.

Drag a row in the list, or a card within its column: Claude Code picks up Next up from the top. The list shows only what's still open, New, Next up, In progress and Demo to check, in one order.

Demos in bulk.

Approve all, with a confirm. An approved demo that no dev log or press kit uses can be taken back, and a used one says where it's used.

Every Steam page item explains itself.

Click a checklist item for why it matters, what to prepare and its guide, with what Claude Code can do for it: research the tags, draft a text to copy into Steamworks, or make the art.

Ask AI on any asset.

Every slot on the Steam page, the press kit, the trailer and the website has Ask AI. Art and trailers warn first: an artist or an editor does them best, and Steam asks you to disclose AI content. Screenshots and footage are captured from your build.

Pictures, or a prompt.

Under Settings › Images, tell Tinderbox Works your Claude Code can make images (Higgsfield's or fal.ai's MCP, OpenRouter, image-use or your own OpenAI or Gemini key; the guide shows how) and it draws them and uploads into the slot. Without one, it writes a prompt for ChatGPT or Gemini that waits under Needs you, and what you upload there lands in its slot.

A site that keeps up.

On by default: when the game profile, the hook, the approved demos, the names or the Next Fest date change, Tinderbox Works asks Claude Code to update your game's site once the changes settle. You still look at the preview and release it.

Communities: a better feed.

Claude Code maps where your players talk and suggests a few threads a day where your work answers the question, with why each one fits you. It doesn't write anything: you write your reply, post it from your own account and say you replied, which counts towards your standing.
